I want to help my patient replace a missing item in their test-kit.

Guidance on what to do if the tester, instructions, return envelope, drink pouch and/or finger prickers are absent from a test kit.

If you or your patient suspect an item is missing from their GTT@home test-kit, please contact the Digostics Support line on 0330 113 9147 or request a call back from a Digostics representative by completing the form below and raising a support ticket.  

The Digostics Support line is managed from 6 am to 6 pm, Monday to Sunday.  

Please note that a support ticket can be raised at any time of the day.  However, tickets will only be responded to within the day and time windows referenced above.
