Cancelling a Patient's Test
To cancel a patient's test, please follow the instructions included in the video guidance below.
If the scheduled test date is imminent or in instances where a test-kit has potentially already been issued, please notify Digostics Support on 0330 1 13 9147 so we can take immediate steps to suspend all patient communications.
