Guidance on the procedure for handling individual patient questions related to the test kit, fasting instructions, finger pricking, taking the drink or about their health.
If a patient has a query about any aspect of the test, which cannot be resolved by watching the user instruction video below or the test kit instructions, then they are asked to contact the GTT@home Customer Care line.
The GTT@home Customer Care line can be reached on 0330 113 0275. The Customer Care Line is managed from 6 am to 6 pm, Monday to Sunday.
Note, this is not the same helpline number that healthcare professionals would use for their support queries.
The GTT@home Customer Care line is also available if the patient should feel ill, uncomfortable or have any concerns during the test. However, Digostics will not answer any questions of a clinical nature.
If the patient is unwell or contacts us about a personal health query, we would flag their unique support ticket and document the issue experienced, but would ultimately encourage them to call their midwife, or depending on the severity of their condition, alert the emergency services.
