I have a query regarding my patient's communications from Digostics.

Guidance on text or email communications your patient or patients have or have not received from Digostics.

Patients can expect to receive confirmatory and reminder emails and/or SMS text messages at different stages in the home oral glucose tolerance test workflow. 

The patient communication points include initial test scheduling, test-kits being issued, reminders to complete tests (where applicable) and confirmatory notices of receipt of data.
